Terms and Conditions

Casoola » Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Casoola website, casino, live casino, sportsbook, esports betting services and all related account functions.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, placing a wager or using any Casoola service, the user confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Users who do not agree with any part of these Terms must not create an account or continue using the platform.

Casoola may amend these Terms when required due to changes in the platform, applicable rules, security procedures, technical systems or business operations. The updated version becomes effective when published unless another date is stated.

2. Eligibility

Casoola services are available only to individuals who have reached the minimum legal gambling age in their country or place of residence.

By creating an account, the user confirms that they:

  • meet the applicable minimum age requirement;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement;
  • act exclusively on their own behalf;
  • use the platform for personal and recreational purposes;
  • are permitted to gamble under the laws applicable to them;
  • are not subject to an active self-exclusion;
  • are not located in a restricted jurisdiction;
  • use funds obtained from lawful sources.

The user is responsible for determining whether online gambling is permitted in their location. Casoola may refuse registration or restrict access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each user may register and operate only one Casoola account.

Creating duplicate, temporary, alternative or linked accounts is prohibited. Accounts created using different email addresses, devices, payment methods or personal details may still be treated as duplicate accounts where they belong to the same individual.

During registration, the user may be required to provide:

  • full legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • residential address;
  • country of residence;
  • email address;
  • telephone number;
  • preferred currency;
  • account credentials.

All information must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. False, misleading or outdated details may result in account restrictions, delayed transactions or account closure.

The account is personal and cannot be sold, transferred, shared or used by another person.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login details and maintaining the confidentiality of their password.

Casoola may apply additional security measures, including email confirmation, telephone verification, device recognition, one-time codes, IP monitoring or identity checks.

Users must immediately report suspected unauthorised access or misuse of their account.

Casoola is not responsible for losses caused by a user voluntarily sharing credentials, failing to secure a device or allowing another person to access the account.

5. Identity Verification

Casoola may request documents or information to verify:

  • identity;
  • age;
  • residential address;
  • ownership of a payment method;
  • source of funds;
  • source of wealth;
  • account activity;
  • compliance with security requirements.

Verification documents may include a passport, identity card, driving licence, proof of address, payment statement, card image, bank statement, selfie or other supporting evidence.

Documents must be genuine, valid, legible and belong to the registered account holder.

Casoola may restrict deposits, withdrawals, betting or account access until verification is completed. Failure or refusal to provide requested documents may result in suspension or closure.

6. Deposits

Deposits must be made using a payment method owned and controlled by the registered user.

Third-party cards, bank accounts, electronic wallets and cryptocurrency wallets may be rejected. Casoola may request proof of ownership before accepting or processing a transaction.

Available methods, currencies, minimum amounts and maximum limits are displayed in the account payment section and may vary according to location, account status and payment provider.

The Casoola balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and must not be used as a money-storage or transfer service.

Casoola may reject, reverse or hold a deposit where:

  • the payment information is incorrect;
  • the payment method belongs to another person;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • additional verification is required;
  • a provider declines the transaction;
  • the transaction appears unlawful or irregular.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be processed only to a payment method owned by the account holder.

Where possible, Casoola may require funds to be withdrawn through the same method used for depositing. Alternative methods may be offered where the original option does not support withdrawals.

Before approving a withdrawal, Casoola may review:

  • identity and account verification;
  • payment method ownership;
  • transaction history;
  • gaming and betting activity;
  • bonus conditions;
  • source of funds;
  • suspected fraud or prohibited conduct.

Withdrawal limits and processing times may depend on the selected method, account status and external provider.

Casoola may delay or reject a request where required information is missing, incorrect or under review.

8. Casino Game Rules

Each casino game is governed by its own rules, paytable, betting limits, return-to-player information and technical specifications.

Users must review the rules before placing a wager.

A casino wager is considered accepted when it is confirmed by the system and deducted from the available balance.

Game results recorded by Casoola and the relevant game provider are considered official unless a proven technical error has occurred.

In the event of a malfunction, incorrect display, calculation error or system failure, Casoola may:

  • cancel the affected wager;
  • correct the result;
  • restore the balance;
  • remove incorrectly credited winnings.

The exploitation of game errors, software faults, delayed results or technical vulnerabilities is prohibited.

9. Sports Betting Rules

Before confirming a sports bet, the user must check:

  • event;
  • competition;
  • market;
  • selection;
  • odds;
  • stake;
  • bet type;
  • potential return.

Odds may change before acceptance. Once a bet has been confirmed, it normally cannot be edited or cancelled.

Bets are settled according to official results and the specific rules of the selected market.

Special rules may apply where an event is:

  • postponed;
  • interrupted;
  • abandoned;
  • cancelled;
  • moved to another venue;
  • shortened;
  • decided by disqualification.

Casoola may void bets placed using clearly incorrect odds, incorrect market information or after the outcome had effectively become known.

10. Live Betting

Live betting markets change continuously as an event progresses.

Odds, selections and availability may be suspended or updated without notice. A delay may apply between submission and acceptance.

The odds confirmed on the betting slip at the moment of acceptance are the valid odds for the wager.

A market shown on screen is not guaranteed to remain available until the bet is accepted.

11. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses, free spins, cashback, free bets and other offers are governed by separate promotional conditions.

Users must review the relevant terms before accepting an offer.

Promotion rules may include:

  • minimum deposits;
  • wagering requirements;
  • expiry periods;
  • maximum stakes;
  • eligible games or markets;
  • contribution rates;
  • withdrawal limits;
  • restricted payment methods.

Casoola may cancel a bonus and associated winnings where promotional abuse, multiple accounts, coordinated betting or prohibited strategies are identified.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • create multiple accounts;
  • provide false information;
  • use another person’s identity;
  • use third-party payment methods;
  • commit or attempt fraud;
  • exploit technical errors;
  • use bots or automated software;
  • manipulate games or betting markets;
  • engage in collusion;
  • use the platform for money laundering;
  • attempt to bypass limits or restrictions;
  • interfere with platform security;
  • abuse promotional offers;
  • access another person’s account.

Casoola may investigate suspicious activity and restrict the account while the review is ongoing.

13. Suspension and Account Closure

Casoola may suspend, restrict or close an account where:

  • these Terms are breached;
  • verification is not completed;
  • false documents are submitted;
  • fraud or unlawful conduct is suspected;
  • duplicate accounts are identified;
  • the account creates a security risk;
  • a regulatory or legal obligation applies;
  • self-exclusion restrictions have been breached.

During an investigation, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses and winnings may remain unavailable.

Any legitimate remaining balance will be handled after the review, subject to applicable restrictions and legal requirements.

14. User-Initiated Closure

A user may request account closure through customer support.

Closure may be delayed where there are pending bets, unsettled transactions, active investigations or verification requirements.

Closing an account does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before closure.

Users seeking protection from gambling should request self-exclusion rather than ordinary account closure.

15. Technical Availability

Casoola aims to keep the platform available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Services may be temporarily unavailable because of:

  • maintenance;
  • software updates;
  • payment provider failures;
  • game provider interruptions;
  • internet problems;
  • cyberattacks;
  • force majeure events;
  • circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Casoola may cancel or correct transactions affected by confirmed technical failures.

16. Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss.

Casoola is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • betting decisions;
  • user error;
  • incorrect information entered by the user;
  • lost or shared login details;
  • device failure;
  • internet interruption;
  • third-party provider delays;
  • unauthorised access caused by user negligence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Intellectual Property

The Casoola name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, databases and interface are protected by intellectual property rights.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, publish or commercially exploit platform content without prior authorisation.

18. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

Failure by Casoola to enforce a right immediately does not constitute a waiver of that right.

These Terms, together with game rules, sportsbook rules, promotional conditions and applicable policies, form the agreement governing the user’s relationship with Casoola.
